ABOUT THE SYSTEM
The operation of the ink production system is based on a process production involves the use of inks or concentrates that are ground in a solution of solvents and dispersants to a final particle size, ready for use. Through this process, the pigment concentration is immediately ready for being used and mixed in the system with chemical vehicles and products suited to the final formulation of inks for digital printing. The mixing process is carried out by a weighed and heated reactor composed of a special intensive mixer and a ultrasound agglomerate disintegrator whose efficient cutting and sonication action enables a perfect homogenization of the mixture.
